Description

I suggest that there be restirctions placed on light "spill over" from lighting by businesses in 5-Points. Lighting should be directed downward and have shields which preclude the light from spilling over 50 feet or so from the boundaries of the business. Perhaps compliance could be required on new lights and within 5 years on existing lights.
