Camino Seco is a mile street on a route to/from PCC East, Lincoln Park, and the Pantano bike path. Also leads to the desert bicycle area and yet there is NO bike lane, sidewalk, or way for people to safely move from Golf Links to Irvington. This leaves people walking and riding bides in the driving lanes creating unsafe conditions.
Let's not even talk about the substandard road base which leaves pot holes a constant problem. Then we could talk about drainage where during rain the water free flows across the street and forms huge puddles that have to driven through in other areas.
