Description

There's a street light outage in front of my house. This problem has been bought to the county of Henrico's Public Utility Dept , Dominion/ Vepco several times but no one has fixed the outage yet...The light has been out for several weeks...The outage has created traffic backups and near missed accidents because the area is soooooo dark and the side street which is 1st Colonial where a lot of cars travel is hard to see because of the outage...This is a very unsafe situation...please review and advise,,,,Thanks
