Capital Community Bike Share and A2B Bikeshare check this out. No Bike was rented at the time the pic was posted. There is no rack at 2100 S Washington. The nearest is at the Board of Water and Light Plant - there was no bike at either location. This rack in this picture is laid out like the station at City Hall. All bikes were at functioning racks. We can only conclude that this is a hoax.
It was the city hall spot. The bike was in some mode that looked as if it was "administrative" where one could mess with the settings with the inboard computer.
I was able to manually lock and unlock the unit without an account or signing in.
It reset itself while I was there and allowed me to create an account. But when I left it, the bike was not locked up.
