If an intoxicated rider gets on a CAT bus and creates a problem, isn't that a liability? It would be nice if the free ride offer was extended to the lady who apparently needed a break. As much as I hate to admit it, as a flaming liberal, I have to say I don't feel welcome on our city buses. The only time I ride is during the State Fair.

I don't understand why this "rejected" there was no vulgar language or abusive the concern. It may not be sensitive to PC people but it's a valid comment. The concern was why does this CAT bus driver let black people have a free ride and then a stop later a white lady asks to get on and the driver says no.
