Description

This is a one family home being used as a Rooming House.
It has been going on for more than three years.
Garbage, uncut lawn side and back
Raccoons, for many years, have been living inside the house
It took more than five years to fix the retaining wall....how long to fix this?.

Q. Is the problem blight (trash, etc) outside, or is it a problem with the building (illegal use, housing code violation, etc)?
