Seen a young Hispanic looking male on a black quad several times this pass few weeks wheeling and cutting off traffic has his face masked like everyone else's I followed him from the area of tweed airport and all the way to fairhaven can someone please help me figure out this other disrespectful punk

Re-opening this; I'm guessing you didn't mean to close it. I haven't seen a black quad in a couple of weeks but there has been on in Fair Haven this summer, for certes. I will check around and see if anyone knows anything.

Sorry yes I'm new to this he seemed to be coming out of the tweed new haven area and heading downwards Townsend then into fairhaven
