This was reported as fixed by Roland Harris on 09/30, but apparently this work was never done. Drove through this intersection this morning and the crater/crack is still untouched.

I'm sorry, but this is bordering on comical. What don't you all understand about this message or see in the attached photo? The work has NEVER been done and yet someone takes the time to try and Close this issue 10 times since this morning? See the attached photo, taken a few minutes ago, that clearly shows the has been no repair done. Someone created a second work order at 8:30 this morning for the repair and then a few minutes later you show the work being completed. Amazing. Perhaps a supervisor needs to make a visit to see what's going on?
