Description

The intersection of 35th and Wisconsin NW doesn't have a stoplight, but it does have two crosswalks and two large signs alerting drivers on Wisconsin to the presence of pedestrians. Despite this, drivers routinely speed through the intersection without yielding. Since this intersection is between my bus stop and my office, I feel like I'm taking my life into my hands twice a day just going to work and back. A flashing yellow light or additional signage needs to be installed here if pedestrians are to be able to cross safely.
