The road improvement on Winchester Road (just as you pass Valhala cemetery) is causing some concern because when it rains, the water does not drain off -making driving VERY DANGEROUS i.e. hydroplaning. People drive too fast around that bend. Also, how long will it take for this company to complete this work?
