09/16/13-Monday: Per E Wimbush email :"When looking at the Google area map and the property records, it appears to be 3410 Hillcrest Road. The house is white with a screened porch. They have mowed the front yard but the back yard is a jungle. The last time the back was groomed or bushes were cut was two years ago when the garage burned. The bushes hiding the garage had to be cut in order to do repairs. The house next door is a yellow house owned by a Kroger Manager in Atlanta but managed locally. No one stays in this rental house more than a few months. Send an inspector to my house and I will show them what I am talking about. If you cannot manage to locate the information let it go and when they have another fire maybe it will burn the entire lot. "

05/15/14-Thursday: The listed "owners" made a court appearance on Thursday, May 15, 2014. It was stated this property is in foreclosure and was to be auctioned off. It is possible there are new owners. A court date was rescheduled for July 17, 2014 which is ample time to determine property ownership. If that is the case, the current case would be closed. A new case would be opened on the new owners.
