Description

'Street' persons are disposing trash all along the sidewalk and street - daily. Ritual starts by 8 a.m. until dusk. As reported to the RPD on Jan. 16, 2011 a glass bottle was thrown by an individual,loitering in front of N. Ave. Library,into traffic - striking the roof of a moving maroon van. Bottle burst into chard's and was left on the side of N. Ave. Please install trash receptacles and/or enforce city littering ordnance.
