ON 360 EAST / HULL STREET NEAR 19TH STREET THERE IS A LONG SECTION OF REPAIRED PAVEMENT SINKING. IT APPEARS THE SECTION OF PAVEMENT WAS CUT FOR A WORK PROJECT AND THEN REPAIRED. THERE IS A DEEP DIP IN THE ROAD THAT CANNOT BE AVOIDED.
