The supervisor investigated this morning. The area requires a skin patch, which cannot be performed during winter months. We will fill the potholes to the best of our ability now, and a skinpatch has been scheduled for spring.
As the department that fixes the potholes, I'm not sure how information gets from drivemi.com to us. I have never received any communications from any such web site. If you want individual potholes fixed contacting the Operations and Maintenance division is the only way to get "direct attention". If the issue is an actual pothole the city has a 1 business day target from notification to repair, which I'm sure is faster than going through an independent web site. If the issue is actually rough road which requires more in depth repair, such as this one, it will take longer.
