Description

Extremely loud music has been playing from a back apartment at 30 Westminster Road for the past 5 days for at least 12 hours per day (usually 9am-11pm). This person places the speakers in the windows of their apartment and blast the music the entire day. I live at 25 Stratford Road and share a backyard with 30 Westminster Road. All of the residents of my building are affected by this music. It is so loud that with all of my windows closed it is still very loud. I have a 2 year old step son and am over 40 weeks pregnant about to bring home and infant child. This has affected me and my family's health and well-being. We have made over 10 calls to 311 over the past 5 days and the issue has never been dealt with. The person in the apartment has even told my partner that she does not care that she is affecting other people. She has even screamed "@#$% you" to small children yelling at her to turn off the music. It has become a serious problem and I sincerely ask that it be dealt with as soon as possible. Thank you.
