Description
The owner of the white house, which is abandoned and sits back on Second Avenue between Price Chopper and Rite Aid, needs to shovel the sidewalk in front of the place which has about a foot of snow on it. Both Price Chopper and Rite Aid have cleaned their walkways. As a result, people have to walk in the street on Second Avenue which is an accident waiting to happen. A lot of elderly people walk to Price Chopper and use this walkway. The property is an eyesore where you see vagrants walking in and out of there in the summertime and the grass is a foot high a lot of the time and not maintained. The City should take action to get rid of this blight and hold the owner responsible; it's an attractive nuisance.

it's probably owned by the city.
You should call the city and ask who owns it.
The city owns many many abandoned buildings all over troy and lansignburgh and they never maintain them.
