Description

Suggested right turn only for northbound traffic do to Windsor school and limited sight due to crest in RR crossing, curvature of roadway, left turn lane and right turning traffic Obstructing view of northbound vehicles. Also vehicles turning lefts causes backup on 45th st to all neighborhood traffic. County traffic also should meet with principal of Windsor to work on a further traffic plan in the area.
