At around 5:00 pm traffic, traffic on Mahan drive gets really backed up on the intersection of Mahan and Riggins road. The reason is that the green light on Mahan drive is less than 30 seconds and only 4 or 5 cars are able to cross at a time. I realize that people on Riggins road need green light but the traffic on Mahan Drive is heavy traffic and thus the green light on Mahan Drive needs to be at least for as much time at the Blairstone intersection if not longer.
