In addition, Peck Ave has not been plowed at all!! There have been no plows on the street since the storm began. I pay my taxes and would like to know why the street has not been cleared. Driving today I did notice the majority of streets surrounding are clear. The cars blocking the plow's progress should be ticked and towed, and the city should check to ensure they are registered and taxes current since they do not obey city wide parking bans.
