There is no statutory authority that regulates painting curbs in CT, therefore, the city does not apply paint to curbs.

How about a representative speak to local businesses in the area (GoodFellas, and *perhaps* the barbers), educating them on the hazard that is created when their patrons, employees, and delivery trucks park in this illegal space. One accident and counting....

There should be parking signs, and commercial loading zones for businesses.........If that's not doing the job, bring it up with your Alderman!
