Description

On Monday, Labor day, there was a hispanic male sleeping against the wall during the afternoon. There were 3 kids riding bikes so I decided to call 311. I was told I needed to call 911. So I did and gave a description etc. Well I could see him from my kitchen and back yard and he was there for hours. Police never came. There have been beer bottles all along the same wall, several 6 packs and even next to my house. I don't know why I am the only person that bothers to report anything on my street. It is clearly time to move. I'm attaching the photos of beer bottles, I counted 21 from this morning.
