Description
Dead branches overhanging highway 395 across from the church. There may be no safety requirement for DDOT to maintain safe use of roads. In any case, it appears that the trees in this area are in poor shape and many branches are down. Request DDoT to communicate procedures that inform the SW residents who maintains these trees. The trees and area needs attention.

THM4 the management group for this condo development are responsible for the maintanence of the mentioned trees. This is clearly stated in their bilaws.
