The street lights are owned and maintained by Dominion Virginia Power, not the city, but, as a courtesy, we will send someone out to check the light, write down the identifying numbers, and report it to DVP on your behalf. DVP then has up to 90 days to respond. Any follow up shoud be directed to DVP at 1-888-667-3000.
