I also want something done about the intersection of rosedale and high-it can take 4 light changes just to cross in my car-an overhead walk way for students would solve the problem but they just seem to spend money on everything but-Natalie Shseller

This and has been a problem ! It seems like the University needs to take action. They have tons of tax layers money to spend on new Student Union Buildings,remodling buildings and taking now 14,000 ' students.'

This is the most dangerous intersection in West Chester. There needs to be left-turn arrows installed on all four traffic lights. There are already left-turn lanes in the road -- why does it seem to be such a huge ordeal to install new lights? Pedestrians have already been hit in this intersection (remember the young man hit and killed around Halloween 2015? He's not the first.). The cross-walk sign on the northwest corner has been hit and knocked down by vehicles at least four times in the past year. It's NOT just the University's problem! It's the Borough's and West Goshen's, as well, and they need to start working together on a solution before more people get hurt.

Also wanted to comment -- it's not only the pedestrians who cause problems! It's also the cars turning left (from all directions) trying to beat the lights and not waiting for the pedestrians even when the pedestrians have the walk sign, and the cars running red lights. It's just a terrible situation that needs to be straightened out.
