Description
This smart light is dumb. Intersection of Division and Winchester. Red light cycle is too long on Division. Stays red for 45 to 65 seconds and green for 10 to 20 seconds. Cars are always waiting to cross Winchester Ave. Hardly ever any cars on Winchester. Red for 30 seconds is better.

....and yet, the problem has yet to be fixed. This now after a year since my last comment on this issue, and even longer since this issue was posted.
What really do New Haven residents need to do to get these issues resolved?
