citizen advised that their are potholes forming in the high traffic alleyway behind his home from 1702-1732 W Leigh St. He advised that this alley is used frequently b/c the citizens in the area have to park behind their homes due to lack of parking on the street in this area. He also noted that this is an issue in the alleyway of the 1800 block of W Leigh as well
