Description

The student tenants at this residence do not conform to the no parking on lawn restriction, even though there is a driveway. While the attached picture only shows one car in the yard, there are normally two cars parked in the front yard, and the one not shown, a beige suburban frequently drives his car the wrong way down the one way road (only in this block) in the mornings. He has almost caused 3 awful accidents in this year alone, ignoring pedestrians warnings and speeding down Kilgore to Brooks. He did this as recently as yesterday morning.
