Why does it take numerous times alerting the police before anything is ever done about obvious drug dealing? If the drug dealing is being done so openly that neighbors see it, the police shouldn't even need to be called. They should already know from their CO's and their routine patrols.

I've also called the police many times about drug dealing (I even have it on video!) but the same dealing keeps on happening.

I firmly believe that the troy police do not have Troys drug dealing issues anywhere near the top of their priority list. You get rid of the drugs and the dealing and much of the crime goes away with it.
