This reoccurring issue will not go away until the City of Raleigh starts fining International Foods. I have picked up trash and repeatedly called Carlos (Manager at IF) who states it's not his issue. It is a combination of the Bakeries dumpster over-flowing, the kids "jump around" get-together party once a week, illegal dumping and trash blowing around, as well as Jesus Saves on the weekend. The patrons of these places, along with walk-thru's who buy from cookout and Taco Bell just discard their trash on the street or beside this dumpster.

My suggestion, as I have made it known to the COR is to fine International Foods, since they are the major conglomerate, and are the only people who have control over what the shopping center and sub-stores do. The dumpsters need to be gated, and a sign that says "No Illegal Dumping" added - its not really that difficult or complex, it's just IF has decided to point fingers instead of resolving the issue - thus, why I don't shop there (one of many reasons).

This is inaccurate information. The City is not contemplating any changes to the use of SeeClickFix. We encourage all citizens to use this tool. Our record of response to SCF inquiries is quite good, with a median time to resolve of about 3 days. Some items take longer, but this tool has been valuable to the citizens as well as to our organization and we just want to make sure that's clear.

Doesn't matter if it is private property - http://www.ncdot.gov/doh/operations/dp_chief_eng/roadside/Beautification/litterlaws/ - littering is against the law in NC and the City of Raleigh should address the issue with the owner.

The shopping center continues to litter everything around it. If anything please come out and take a look. I have never seen such disrespect for the State....

This location continues to be a nuisance. We still need something done about the trash in the woods and coming from the dumpsters. This is really bad and the trash at the dumpsters’ could be considered hazardous.

Is there a reason why the City of Raleigh is not acknowledging and completing certain tickets on See Click Fix when they have an automated system handling others? Seems like they have an issue with the system. This should be addressed.
