This property owner has done a very poor job of maintaining the landscaping on these four apartments for several years. The grass has been mowed in front of one of the apartments because the tenant now takes care of it out of frustration. Neighbors have also pitched in to help with this lawn maintenance in the past. Plenty of goodwill has been shown. Unfortunately when the grass is finally mowed the street and walkway are always covered with debris. No one blows away the cut grass away, edges the sidewalks, or trims the hedges. It is unfortunate to have such an eyesore on an otherwise attractive block where people take care of their yards.

Thanks to the person(s) who reported this issue and reopened the ticket. It's nice to see that other people are noticing this ongoing problem.

Seems a so-called church called "Love Wins" Ministries is spamming the site with these bogus comments. Flagged. Moderators, please consider blocking by IP, this group is angry and taking it out on us and the city of Raleigh.

Thanks for reporting. I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When the inspectors have had a chance to investigate I will post an update.

The inspector inspected the property and found it was in the process of being taken care of. He will re-inspect next week.
