gimme, you are incorrect. NCDOT only works on state highways, not city streets. This is a COR issue. Please do a bit of research before closing other folk's issues.

Um, WOW... I thought the point of SeeClickFix was to report issues to the City of Raleigh. I have even read articles that say the City likes the fact that issues are reported in this fashion. I am going to reopen this as it was not fixed (or even commented on by the COR) in the 20 hours since I reported it initially. Thank you all for your comments, but this should stay open until it is fixed, unless you live in this neighborhood and like the way it looks. It is a COR issue, not NCDOT. My intention is not to take any jobs away from our city employees, sorta the point of this application as well, right? More issues to fix since it is much easier to report them and it is sanctioned by the COR.

gimmeabreakman, aka duh, aka laura, aka Alice McGee, sounds like a disgruntled former city employee who lost a position answering telephones and greeting visitors at City Hall.

Why is this being closed by people who don't like SeeClickFix? Unless you have fixed the issue, please leave this one alone.

There are folks here who have a chip on their shoulders about all the "complaining" and also "restricting property rights."

See Click Fix in Raleigh is an official city service. This is officially reporting to the city, the same as a phone call or going to the office.

Stop closing issues gimmeabreakman/laura/whatever name you use today.

I've referred this to our Public Works Department. When the staff has had a chance to respond I’ll post an update. Thanks for reporting.

Per Public Works: This was granite curb and it was reset a couple of weeks ago. We replaced with the piece of curb that was taken out.
