As far as I can tell using "Show on Map" and using 'satellite', and also by using the Online GIS on the City's website, there are two parking lots at Spruce & Blossom, both of which are privately owned--not City property. I'll forward this to Inspectional Services. I can't speak to their ticketing process, but I think it involves repeat ticketing before anything major can be done. First they have to find out who owns the car, whether it's registered legally, and what and whose lot it's really on.

Thanks for responding. This is an issue of someone most likely not having a car registered and leaving it in the open lot.

It's still there!!

I will have a building inspector and police officer inspect this location again. I'll let you know my findings.

ISD reports that a ticket was issued, the truck ordered out, and the lot is cleared.
