Description

Pierce Alley adjacent to a complex of town homes off of Stonewall Place needs help. A tree fell on a fence in a yard bordering the alley. The fence was badly damaged to the point of no longer being functional. The broken fence is a blight, and makes navigating the alley difficult and dangerous. The vegetation surrounding the broken fence is also completely over grown. This issue was reported to ECD who said it was not in their jurisdiction.
