Description
The area around King Edward VII's equestrian statue behind the Ontario Parliament has been dug up - for landscape improvements. The completion date on the City of Toronto Park and Recreation sign is given as June 28, 2013. Two months later we are looking at an abandoned construction site: the retaining wall was half completed, while the earth around the statue was randomly dug up. A port-a-potty graces the west side of the statue, while weeds grow all over the fenced area.
I think the first rule of improvement is "don't start what you can't finish"
