Description
Norwood Rd has a very steep drop off that is completely unprotected from any type of guard rail system. This area is very dangerous with speeding traffic and slippery surfaces. Many people use this road as an alternate route to the much steeper Route 113 to get into Downingtown during wintry weather but they are risking their safety when doing so. How steep of a drop off does a road have to be before it can get guard rail system installed? Please consider installing safety railing at this location. Thanks.
