Description

Hi Jim
Just spoke to one of your workers Anthony Fortell. He was nice enough to help describe what looks like a pipe cover broken off in the sidewalk beside the church on Jackson street. It is at least 8" x 8" hole clogged with dirt and leaves. Could you fill it and cover it as someone could get injured while walking. Thank you in advance.
