Description

Drivers are constantly running Red lights on the two turning lanes from Laburnum to get into the shopping center. Often lights on the North bound lane will be Green and cars have to wait while oncoming traffic is still driving across all 3 lanes. This is an accident waiting to happen. Needs better delay and enforcement, possibly a camera
