Description

When using the city recycle depots please start to flatten your cardboard to be curious to the next person. If two people throw their TV boxes from christmas into a bin, they fill it up! If those people would break down their boxes, 20 people could throw in their TV boxes. Seems like I always have to drive around town to look for a empty cardboard bin, and its not because they have alot in them, people just dont take the extra 30 seconds to do it properly! Whats with the garbage around and in the bins, THERE IS A BIG GREEN SIGN THAT SAYS "CARDBOARD ONLY, NO STYROFOAM" AND ANOTHER SIGN THAT SAYS "NO GARBAGE PLEASE, ONLY FLATTENED CARDBOARD, PAPER, AND MILK JUGS". How hard is that? Who keeps filling up the RECYCLE bins with GARBAGE. That is what GARBAGE bins are for!

Sorry, some people are just extremely inconciderate and dont care. Seems to be the PA way.

Cant the city start charging these people?

I lived in a small town south of Red Deer, there was a SEVERE fine for doing this!
