Description
The median outside the fence to the Expressway along this block (and for the entirety of the stretch between Nansemond and McCloy) of Grayland Ave is overgrown -- and has been for months and months, despite repeated requests to cut it. Grass is 2 feet high and is a perpetual eyesore for the neighborhood. This is City property. It is not private property. This request SHOULD **NOT** BE SENT TO CODE ENFORCEMENT.
