Thanks for reporting. The bank should be fined for not clearing the sidewalk - as the snow turns into ice, it presents a major hazard.

Many other cities have strict ordinances and would issue heavy fines.

call your Town Hall and tell them that you and your neighbors will not be shoveling their sidewalks until this situation is resolved.

House has been sold and is being fixed up. Looks like it was COMPLETELY gutted!
