Actually, the crumbling pavement problem continues west pretty much all the way to Hobart Gap.

There seems to have been some minimal patching of potholes here, but the dangerous crumbled edge still remains along much of this road.

Hobart Avenue from Hobart Gap to the train station is very dangerous for bicyclists. We have to ride close to the center of the road due to the crumbling edges and large number of potholes. We cannot ride close to the sides. This is a very dangerous situation for both bicycles and cars and should be fixed ASAP.

The road has now been completely repaved. Thank you. There is still a sharp drop-off along some parts of the road edge which concerns me as it could lead to loss of control.
