Description
Multiple street lamps are out on Chapel street between ET Grasso Blvd and Yale Ave, especially on the south side of the street. Very dangerous at night. **Please also consider repaving this section of Chapel street. There are large bumps and broken pavement. Dangerous for cyclists, especially at night!!!

I'll try to get some pole numbers tonight. If anyone else is around there tonight, please get some pole numbers. Pole numbers are REALLY important for us to turn around repairs quickly, otherwise we have to go out at night and find the poles that are out, and then issue work orders instead of just issuing work orders immediately. Repairs are generally done during the day.
I would recommend opening a separate issue regarding the paving. I don't think the paving people look at the street lamp category, and as they are really two separate issues it makes acknowledging/closing tricky. Thanks!

We are delineating Street Lamp issues that are current and need the city's attention to resolve. Any issues prior to Dec 31, 2015 are being closed. If your Street Lamp issue still needs to be addressed, please create a new issue by selecting the Street Lamp service request in SeeClickFix. Providing a pole number and/or a more precise location is important. Once your issue is submitted, the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department will acknowledge the issue and create a maintenance/repair work order.
