Description
This area is notorious for people parking on the corners where the "boxes" are. It makes it extremely difficult for anyone coming down N. 21st to navigate or even see around the vehicles that park in these areas that are designated "no parking". This is an EVERY DAY/NIGHT occurrence with repeat offenders.
