Description

The side walk in front of the Hill Clinic. Between Adeline St. and Columbus Ave. Tree branches and trash are on the side walk. There is no street light and is dark at night. There is also illegal dumping on the side walk. I want to see my High Taxes at work. My taxes pay someone to sweep the streets in downtown. Why the city can keep the neighborhoods also clean.
