Hi,
As you know,your landlord, Jeff Crumpton, has left you without heat or hot water repeatedly since last winter when I launched this site.
I left him a message but he is obviously not in today. Please call your fuel supplier and 311 to get an emergency delivery of fuel.
I will call your city council person on Monday to follow up.

How would I go about finding out where he gets his heating oil from on a holiday? 311 has been contacted as always even though thats the biggest waste of time. they will come by on tues or wens after the heat has been restored and then just tell us oh ok well keep calling when he turns the heat off.
