Description

Homeowner has a large number of miscellaneous items all over front yard/garden, up along the driveway & all over the backyard. Persistant issue for over 7yrs!! It appears to be a hoarding issue - owner buys stuff & then just leaves it strewn around the property for no rhyme or reason. Aside from this being a major eyesore, items have been known to "take flight" during high winds with the potential for human injury & property damage. Can't believe that no one from town has approached this homeowner about this. Please do something about this.
