Sorry, but where exactly should drivers stop to drop off/pick up transit passengers? SEPTA doesn't have a separate area designated at stations like PATCO does. Maybe if they let drivers go into the South Terminal area that would alleviate the problem we have now.

Theres plenty of places someone can drop off a passenger!!! Unless you're dropping off an elderly person or a mother with a small child, you can drop off at the parking lot on Victory Avenue or on Ludlow Street. It really wouldn't be terrible to walk 2 minutes to the terminal to avoid traffic. It would also benefit you by not having to wait behind other double parkers.
