The only issue is the noise from the roosters. I could care less about the chickens and ducks, even though they're also illegal. The homeowner was already asked politely, to which he essentially responded f*** you. He also strategically parks 3 junk cars (with bricks behind the tires) in front of his house so no one can park near his house. By doing this he eliminates 6 much needed parking spots on a congested street.

If that is gonna be the guy's attitude, then by all means persue the removal of the birds. Call 311 about the junk cars. Has anyone called 311 about the birds?

Well, the roosters and chickens are back... I'm assuming Animal Control made a site visit a few months back because the rooster crowing ceased shortly after they informed me they would be making a site visit. After a few months of laying low, the homeowner is getting brazen again and letting them out more frequently. They're typically crowing throughout the day on Saturdays & Sundays. They're most likely crowing throughout the week as well, but I'm at work and not able to verify. I'll be contacting animal control again with pictures and videos. Hopefully he gets slapped with a big fine and is forced to surrender his illegal farm animals.
