I was just about to post a report of this same issue, when I saw that it was already posted. I tried to post more than one photo with one comment. As I have a closeup that shows a "Kodak Power Flash" camera in in one of the drawers. I grabbed the camera, curious what, if anything might be on the film.

Here is the close up of the drawer with the camera in it. At first we were kinda psyched to get the film developed, but then I thought that if anything illegal on the film, then I could be blamed for it. Called RPD. They said deff NOT to get it developed, and to drop it off at PD.

This looks like a different area, perhaps by the soccer field dumpster. The issue I reported is near the Allen St entrance to Belcher Park just inside the woods on the right side of the road. Obviously both problems need to be cleaned up. It is sad that someone would do this to our beautiful park. Shame on them!

That latest photo is right on about my earlier report about illegal dumping of TV and Toilet! Thanks for posting. There MUST be a better way to capture the Idiots that are dumping illegally in Belcher Park!

Why not put daylight limits on people coming into Belcher Park? Put up some gates, and some inexpensive cameras to catch the Bad Guys?

Suggest the signs be put up with English, American, French, Spanish, and also Haitian.

DPW will remove the debris that was dumped on property.
