If the construction debris is from work that was done on your property, then you or your contractor is responsible for removal. The Department of Sanitation will only pick up household residential refuse and other items like furniture, etc. If it appears to be construction debris, Sanitation will not pick it up. If it is construction debris from someone else's property, then it is considered illegal dumping of construction debris, which we would forward to Sanitation Enforcement.
